John Terry might’ve picked up bad stuff from Jose Mourinho as a result of the Portuguese tactician at the helm for a little over 3 years now. I always respect John Terry for his qualities and his never say die attitude. But his recent comments saying that United is already facing an uphill battle to retain the Premier League title just shown the insecurity around Stamford Bridge. Furthermore, he commented that United should’ve won at Portman Road while the Pompey could’ve picked up a point at Stamford Bridge, and that shows Chelsea’s quality. C’mon, excuse me Captain Terry, yes we should’ve won against the Pompey, but clearly you guys have been riding on luck, grinding results out of unattractive football style, and above all, let’s have a discussion on well, the recent game at Anfield. I guess I’ll leave it at that.

United will play Chelsea in a month, and when Ronaldo is back along with possibly Rooney and Anderson, I think we’ll see whether playing bad and earning 3 points will produce champions. At least, that was proven NOT to be the case last season.
