Cristiano Ronaldo is back!! This is what could be expected tonight at Old Trafford when United open their Champion’s League season defending the glorious trophy that we’ve got last year.  Will he make an impact? Hard to tell especially with the state of the team, all the “stories” that he had with Real Madrid, no more Queiroz … well but this is a test for his character, and a test for United coming off a back to back lost in Super Cup and Premiership against Liverpool.

The Yellow Submarines will be without once United prodigy, Giuseppe Rossi, and United will be without Michael Carrick.

My take on this game?  Well, as much as I want to be optimistic, I think United will be lucky if they can get out of this game a winner.  o-0 could be a reality check, but as a huge fan, I’ll give it two goals to none.  Tevez and Rooney for United to show the character!
